Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Stroke : adult ( 18-85 years old ) patients ( 18-85 years old ) diagnosed as stroke by computed tomography ( CT ) or magnetic resonance imaging ( MRI ) examination according to the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke in ' Chinese main diagnostic points of various cerebrovascular diseases 2019 ' ; 2.Insomnia : in line with the ' Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of insomnia ' ( 2017 edition ) 3.Subjects had no disturbance of consciousness and dementia, no speech function or writing dysfunction, and could cooperate and answer questions independently from medical staff. 4.Subjects agreed to this experiment and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cerebral hemorrhage caused by brain trauma, coagulation dysfunction, intracranial aneurysms, etc. ; 2.Circulatory system diseases, such as heart failure, unstable angina and other patients affecting exercise ; 3. Respiratory diseases, such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, respiratory failure, etc. ; 4.Patients with lower extremity musculoskeletal diseases affecting horizontal treadmill training ; 5.Taking drugs that affect heart rate ( such as ß-blockers ) ; 6.Patients with a history of severe sleep disorders before the onset of the disease or who had used auxiliary sleep drugs 2 weeks before the onset of stroke ; 7.People with other sleep disorders except insomnia ; 8.Patients with anxiety, depression and other mental illness ; 9.Unconscious or dementia can not cooperate and independently answer the questions of medical staff, and can not cooperate with rehabilitation intervention.
