Experimental group:Based on the mobile health intervention platform for sedentary behavior
Control group:The control group receives health education at the health examination center upon admission, and the content of the health education mainly revolves around sedentary behavior.

60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Elderly individuals aged = 60 years; ? Daily sedentary behavior duration = 6 hours, and medium to high intensity PA = 150 minutes per week; ? Absence of cognitive impairments, with normal reading and language expression abilities; ? Willingness to cooperate with the study after providing informed consent, having a reliable contact method, and being available for follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe heart, brain, liver, kidney dysfunction, cognitive impairments, or a history of mental illness; ? Hearing or vision impairments; ? Participation in other interventions for sedentary behavior.
