Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV)

Interventions

Sphenopalatine ganglion block group:Receive an transnasal sphenopalatine ganglion block with 2ml lidocaine 2%.

Control group:Receive an transnasal sphenopalatine ganglion block with 2ml saline.

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obese patients undergoing laparoscopic subtotal gastrectomy under elective general anesthesia; 2. Ages 18-65; 3.ASA is graded from ? to ?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients unable to provide informed consent and communication difficulties before surgery; (2) serious heart, respiratory, kidney or liver disease; (3) Allergic to any of the narcotic drugs to be studied; (4) Patients with a history of craniocerebral and nasopharyngeal surgery; (5) There is a mental illness, or a long-term history of taking psychiatric drugs; (6) Premedication or preexisting medical conditions prior to surgery limit target assessment, including the use of antiemetics, opioids, or corticosteroids; (7) Gastroesophageal reflux; (8) Refused to enroll patients.
