Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age>50, ARIA-WMH score>0.4, willingness to sign the informed consent, and compliance with the protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: those with severe cataracts, glaucoma, atretopsia, corneal plague, poor retinal image quality, and those with known photosensitive seizures will be excluded.
