Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) A clear diagnosis of postherpetic neuralgia (pain lasting for 3 months or more after the herpes zoster rash has healed) ; (2) VAS score =4 points during the outbreak of pain in the course of the disease ; (3) Between 18 and 75 years of age, including endpoint.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Gastrointestinal surgery within 5 years; (2) Inflammatory bowel diseases (including ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, indeterminate colitis); (3) irritable bowel syndrome; (4) transmissible gastroenteritis; (5) Persistent or chronic diarrhea or constipation of unknown origin; (6) infection with special pathogens (Clostridium difficile, Helicobacter pylori, etc.); (7) gastrointestinal ulcers; (8) gastrointestinal bleeding; (9) abdominal pain; (10) Diarrhea; (11) indigestion; (12) lack of defecation; (13) difficulty in defecation; (14) gastrointestinal polyps or cancers or dysplasia; (15) special diet groups (vegetarians; People who cannot eat certain foods due to religious beliefs, allergies or intolerances); (16) have taken bismuth base salicylate; (17) Use of antibiotics within 3 months; (18) Metal implants in the body (such as cardiac pacemakers, nerve stimulators, artificial metal heart valves, aneurysm clips, inner ear implants, metal prostheses, metal prostheses, metal joints, etc.); (19) claustrophobia; (20) Have serious heart disease; (21) History of brain trauma; (22) History of psychiatric disorders and/or family history; (23) History of central nervous system diseases; (24) A history of alcohol and drug abuse; (25) Concurrent with other pain diseases; (26) Women during menstruation and pregnancy; (27) Left-handed; (28) People who can't cooperate.
