Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Total knee replacement surgery required due to various reasons; 2. ASA grade I-II; 3. No contraindications to intraspinal anesthesia; 4. Age between 50 and 75 years old, gender unrestricted.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications or failure of intraspinal anesthesia; 2. History of hypotension; 3. Sinus bradycardia; 4. Previous abdominal surgery; 5. BMI>30.
