Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade 1-2 (2)Age: >60 (3) Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) . Patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease, gastric emptying disorder or severe cardiopulmonary disease; (2) The distance between the nail and chin is less than 6 cm or the opening degree is less than 3 cm or Malampati Grade III or above; (3) Severe sinus bradycardia, atrioventricular block and frequent ventricular premature beats.
