Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects: ? Age 18-80 years old, male or female. ? Chinese as mother tongue, can communicate in Mandarin, elementary school diploma or above ? Good tolerance to sudden sound stimulation of 114 dB. ? Signed an informed consent form, volunteered to participate in this trial, and were able to complete the trial Inclusion criteria for patients with post-stroke dysarthria: ? Age 18-80 years old, male and female; ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke (confirmed by clinical CT or MRI for the first occurrence of stroke) Patients are conscious, vital signs are stable, and the duration of stroke is 2 weeks to 6 months. Patients with mild-moderate dysarthria as assessed by the Comprehensive Assessment Scale for Dysarthria (Frenchay Assessment Method). (iv) Native speakers of Chinese, who could communicate in Mandarin in daily life before the onset of stroke, and who had an elementary school diploma or above. ?No history of hearing damage and good tolerance to sudden sound stimulation at 114 dB. ? Sign the informed consent form, participate in the trial voluntarily, and be able to complete the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Subjects with a history including pregnancy, dizziness, poor mental status, seizures, psychiatric illness, and/or a combination of serious cardiovascular, hepatic, or renal serious illness within the last year. (ii) History of other diseases affecting swallowing, speech, and/or language, such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, or oral cancer [13]; (iii) Patients with BDAE aphasia severity assessment grade 3 or less (iv) Patients with severe cognitive impairment as assessed by MMSE (MMSE score < 20) [41]. ? Excluding patients with vocal cord paralysis, hearing impairment, and visual impairment. (vi) Excluding patients with damage or lesions to the organs or muscles involved in sound formation.
