18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as Stanford type A acute aortic dissection; 2. The surgical plan is total aortic arch replacement; 3. 18 = Age = 70 years old, regardless of gender; 4. Signed the 'Informed Consent Form';

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with traumatic brain injury; Patients with brain wounds or acute inflammation; 2. History of brain surgery; Patients with metal implants in the brain or skull; 3. Preoperative examination indicates cerebral vascular malformation; Preoperative presence of cerebral infarction and brain tumor; 4. Patients with dissection and pregnancy; 5. Drug or alcohol addiction; 6. Allergies to electrodes. 7. Understanding barriers or those who do not communicate in Chinese 8. Due to other reasons, the researchers believe that it is not suitable as a subject. 9. Those who have not signed the "Informed Consent Form" or have withdrawn midway
