Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age greater than 18 years old, regardless of gender; ? The clinical diagnosis of patients with DKD in accordance with KDOQI diabetes and CKD clinical practice guidelines (2012 version) excludes kidney diseases caused by other reasons; ? Within the past 3 months, renal function has been stable, with a glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) of 15-90ml/min/1.73m2 ? The expected lifespan is greater than 2 years; ? Sign the informed consent form and cooperate with the follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Acute kidney injury occurred within 3 months ? Abnormal liver function, with Alanine transaminase and/or glutamic oxalic Transaminase reaching 2 times or more of the upper limit of normal value; ? Patients with primary parathyroid dysfunction or other non renal causes leading to abnormal calcium and phosphorus metabolism; ? Those who have suffered from unstable angina pectoris or cardiac insufficiency of Grade III-IV (NYHA grade) within 6 months, or active cerebral hemorrhage, or new cerebral infarction and other cerebrovascular diseases, or who need long-term Diuretic treatment for any reason; ? Have serious heart, lung, Central nervous system disease diseases or malignant tumors; ? Pregnant women, women preparing for pregnancy or lactation ? Individuals who have participated in any drug trial within the three months prior to being selected ? Those who cannot sign an informed consent form and do not agree to regular follow-up ? Other researchers believe that it is not suitable for inclusion in this trial
