Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria ? Adults =65 years old Meet the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes: According to the WHO diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes in 2011 ? Cognitive function assessment criteria: MoCA score < 26 was assessed as cognitive dysfunction ? Agree to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria ? Acute complications such as severe hypoglycemia, DKA, HHS, lactic acidosis in the past 3 months; ? Accompanied by other endocrine diseases, such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism; (3) Clearly diagnosed neurological disease history, such as AD, PD, brain trauma, central nervous system infection, epilepsy, etc. ? Cerebrovascular accidents confirmed by neuroimaging within the last 1 year; ? Mental retardation, psychiatric history, or a history of taking psychotropic drugs in the past 3 months; ? Autoimmune diseases and acute and chronic inflammatory diseases; ? Shock, heart failure, blood diseases and pulmonary insufficiency lead to severe hypoxia diseases; ? Combined with systemic diseases, such as tumor, anemia, serious infection, etc. ? Have a history of alcoholism, drug use, taking drugs that cause lactic acid buildup or long-term use of glucocorticoids. ? Visual and hearing impairments difficulty completing neurological scale tests.
