Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: 0-18 years old; (2) The diagnostic criteria of epilepsy were in accordance with the 1981 classification of International League Against Epilepsy and epilepsy syndrome; (3) Complete data of plasma concentration, basic clinical characteristics and biochemical indicators of the children; (4) no endocrine diseases and serious liver and kidney diseases before admission; (5) no use of drugs affecting lipid metabolism or history of abnormal lipid metabolism; (6) natural eating stat

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe liver and kidney diseases or endocrine diseases or dyslipidemia at admission; (2) Children with no or incomplete laboratory test results; (3) Smoking and drinking.
