Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The criteria for patients of temporal lobe epilepsy: ? Patients diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy after standard preoperative assessment of epilepsy; ? follow-up for 1 year; ? follow-up Enel grade Ia, that is, no postoperative seizures; ? with preoperative magnetic encephalography; ? right-handed; ? gender limitation, 10 years = age = 60 years. The criteria for enrollment of healthy subjects: ? physical health, no neurological disease, or other major systemic diseases; ? normal cognitive function, no mental disorders; ? no metal implants in the body; ? no previous craniocerebral surgery, no major craniocerebral trauma; ? right hand; ?no gender restriction,10 years = age = 60 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients with temporal lobe epilepsy: ? Cranial imaging indicated significant cranioencephalies and intracranial space-occupying lesions; ? with significant structural changes in the brain due to previous head surgery, brain trauma or other causes; ? with a pacemaker, vagus nerve stimulator or other metal implants in the body. Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects: ? alcohol abuse or substance dependence; ? those who took benzodiazepine within 1 month prior to the trial; ? pregnant women; ? subjects at any stage of the study; ? who cannot cooperate with MEG examinations; ? subjects with acute fever and other vital signs during MEG; ? Other conditions who were found not to meet the protocol after enrollment.
