Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients with confirmed CPP in the pain clinic from January 2019 to June 2023, according to the diagnostic criteria of CPP in the EAU guidelines (2022). 2) Age =18 years old, no gender limit 3) patients with essential clinical, demographic data such as age, sex, pain intensity score, traditional Chinese medicine constitution, anxiety and depression evaluation, heart rate variability results .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who didn’t receive TCMC assessment and anxiety and depression evaluations.
