18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) American Society of Anesthesiologists Health Classification ASA I-III, Age 18-70 2) Selective thoracoscopic pulmonary resection surgery (wedge, segmental, and lobectomy) 3) Patients who can understand and complete self-assessment; 4) Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant women; 2) Previous history of sore throat, hoarseness, and chronic cough, professional vocal performer 3) Expected difficulty in intubation, Mallampati level = 3; 4) Obesity and body mass index BMI>35 kg/m2; 5) Have a history of intubation within six months; 6) Abnormal anatomical structure of the nasal cavity; 7) Severe respiratory infections; 8) Severe heart, brain, liver, kidney, and lung diseases
