Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) induction and maintenance of total knee replacement with rocuronium as a muscle relaxant 2) Age =18 years 3) ASA classification ?-? 4) Informed consent, voluntary participation in the trial, signed by the patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients treated with toreimifene or fusidic acid before or immediately after surgery 2) Patients with limitations in BIS monitoring, such as a history of central brain injury, psychotropic drug treatment, presence of pacemaker or Parkinson's disease 3) severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance <30ml/min) 4) patients with hypersensitivity and hypersensitivity to study drugs
