Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients aged 18-70 who had scheduled colonoscopy at the Digestive Endoscopy Center of Shandong Provincial Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were considered for inclusion in this experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of colorectal surgery; (2) Severe colon stenosis or obstructive tumors; (3) Difficulty swallowing; (4) Impaired swallowing reflex or mental state; (5) Obvious gastric paresis or gastric outlet obstruction or intestinal obstruction; (6) Known or suspected to have intestinal obstruction or perforation; (7) Severe chronic renal failure (creatinine clearance rate170 mm Hg, diastolic blood pressure>100 mm Hg); (10) Toxic colitis or megacolon; (11) Dehydration; (12) Electrolyte disorders; (13) Pregnancy or lactation period; (14) Inability to give informed consent; (15) Hemodynamic instability
