Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. <18 years 2. adenoidectomy and adenotonsillectomy 3. ASA I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: preoperative respiratory infection, intraoperative accidences (massive haemorrhage), accidences in PACU (airway spasm, bleeding in the operation area, unplanned reoperation), mental illness and/or epilepsy medical hisstory, relevent data loss
