Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part 1: 1. Primipara women who are suspected cephalopelvic disproportion and with cephalic presentation at term; 2. women who have the willing of vaginal delivery;3. pelvic MRI is achieved before delivery. Part 2: 1. Primipara women who are suspected Cephalopelvic disproportion and with cephalic presentation at term; 2. women who have the willing of vaginal delivery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part 1: 1. Women who refused vaginal delivery and pelvic MRI; 2. women underwent cesarean section during labor for other reasons except cephalopelvic disproportion Part 2: 1. Women who refused vaginal delivery and pelvic MRI; 2. women with contraindications for MRI;3. women refuse vaginal delivery and ask for cesarean section ;4. women underwent cesarean section during labor for other reasons except cephalopelvic disproportion
