Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years, gender is not limited; 2. Elective large-scale intra-abdominal non-vascular surgery (operation time > 2 hours, hospital stay >= 2 days).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients or family members refuse to participate in the study and patients who do not sign the informed consent form; 2. Patients with kidney disease or creatinine abnormalities.
