18 Years to 67 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Kidney transplant patients; 2. Age = 18; 3 . Hospitalized patients; 4. Treatment includes regimen immunosuppressant: mertiomacrophenol ester + FK506 + glucocorticoids; 5 . FK506 blood levels are monitored; 6 . Wuzhi capsule (oral);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 . Days of hospitalization less than 7 days and incomplete medical records; 2 . Diabetics; 3 .There is only one FK506 blood concentration point; 4 . Take other drugs that affect FK506: spironolactone, diltiazem, rifampin;
