Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Single-stage lumbar spinal stenosis; (2) Typical neurogenic intermittent claudication with bilateral limb neurological damage, and no significant improvement after 3 months of conservative treatment; (3) Aged 40-80 years old; ( 4) Sign the informed consent form and be able to accurately read or understand the informed consent form and follow-up related questionnaires when accompanied by family members; (5) Be able to agree to and fully comply with the clinical plan and be willing to comply with the follow-up schedule and requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Spinal stenosis caused by fractures, tumors and infections; (2) History of spinal surgery; (3) Complete paralysis of the limbs; (4) Contraindications to surgery or refusal of surgical treatment; (5) Suffering from mental and psychological disorders, such as Schizophrenia, depression, history of taking chronic analgesics, alcoholism, and opioid dependence; (6) Other conditions that the researcher deems inappropriate for this study.
