Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with atrial fibrillation, including primary atrial fibrillation without significant cardiac structural changes, atrial fibrillation with concomitant cardiac structural changes (such as mitral stenosis), and new onset atrial fibrillation; 2. Heart disease patients with high-risk factors for atrial fibrillation and stroke, such as mitral valve disease, cardiac tumors, left atrial thrombus, etc; 3. Understand and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe neurological or mental disorders who are unable to express their wishes; 2. Individuals with severe autoimmune diseases, immunodeficiency diseases, metabolic diseases, and malignant tumors; 3. According to the judgment of the researcher, there are obvious other abnormal signs, laboratory tests, and clinical diseases that are not suitable for participating in the research; 4. Researchers have determined that long-term follow-up cannot be completed.
