Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children age between 2 to 6 years old; Written consents by subjects' legal guardian/next-of-kin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Poor retinal image quality that cannot be used in the analysis; Other eye diseases that are not suitable for retinal imaging include congenital cataracts and retinopathy of prematurity; Children are distressed with a flashlight or have experience with photosensitive seizures; Written consents not given by subjects' legal guardian/next-of-kin.
