Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All of the patients aged 18-70 years and planned to receive breast or thyroid surgery, with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) anesthesia grade I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Interference with the use of Tiktok: refuse to use mobile phones to watch Tiktok videos due to network problems and traffic costs; cannot watch Tiktok videos due to technical problems (do not download Tiktok software, do not use Tiktok software, etc.); 2) have visual and hearing defects, poor learning ability, cognitive dysfunction and cannot use Tiktok correctly; 3) Previous serious heart disease: myocardial infarction, coronary stenosis >80%, mitral or aortic stenosis; 4) Previous severe brain diseases: cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage; 5) Previous pulmonary disease COPD, liver insufficiency, renal insufficiency, 6) severe mental illness schizophrenia, depression, long-term use of sedatives, analgesics, antipsychotics, etc.; 7) Participated in other studies within three months; 8) and individuals who are incapable of giving informed consent.
