Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a.? uncontrollable symptoms; ?symptoms of moderate to severe distress associated with tumor diagnosis and treatment; ? severe physical, mental and psychosocial complications; ?complex psychological needs; ?poor prognosis awareness;?potential survival-limiting diseases; ?advanced cancers accompanied by high morbidity and mortality; ?Disease processes and clinical decisions that patients or families are concerned about; ?the palliative care needs of the patient or family and/or the patient's need to accelerate the course of death;? Mental concerns. Patients who meet any of the 1 screening criteria and who specifically require palliative care require further complete palliative care assessment. b. Age older than 18 years with informed consent to this study; c. Know one's condition and prognosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Those with cognitive, conscious or mental disorders; b. Those who cannot fill in the scale correctly or understand the scale accurately.
