Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Current college students aged 18-29 years old who can perform moderate to high intensity physical activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Depression questionnaire (SDS) score less than 53; Individuals with a high intensity of physical activity in the last 1 week; Individuals with a previous or current diagnosis of a serious neurological disorder such as epilepsy; Individuals with a previous or current diagnosis of depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other psychiatric disorders; Individuals with current major depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms as measured by the scale; Individuals who are receiving or need psychological intervention during the next intervention (e.g., psychological counseling, counseling group activities, etc.); Individuals who take photosensitive medications, are sensitive to flash, have tendonitis or carpal tunnel syndrome or other musculoskeletal disorders.
