Age
60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Age = 60 years old; b. Staying in the ICU for more than 72 hours; c. Perform enteral nutrition support treatment, with the treatment time >48 hours; d. During enteral nutrition, only one or one type of enteral nutrient solution is used; e. The patient or patient's family members sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. The patient have diarrhea during admission to the ICU; b. Receiving enema or using laxatives during ICU stay; c. Merge other diseases that may cause diarrhea, such as inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, etc; d. Confirmed as antibiotic related diarrhea and infectious diarrhea.
