Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient going to have selective coronary artery bypass grafting under general anesthesia; 2. ASA grade I~III; 3. Expected survival time >3 months; 4. Can cooperate to observe adverse events and effects; 5. The patient or his legal representative signs a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.emergency surgery; 2.cognitive dysfunction; 3.neuromuscular diseases; 4. ASA grade IV; 5.history of spontaneous pneumothorax; 6.coagulation dysfunction; 7.acute respiratory failure; 8.established respiratory infection; 9.uncontrolled general infection; 10.failure to obtain informed consent.
