Soft mirror group:Endotracheal intubation was located by soft mirror and monitored throughout
Auscultation group:The depth of tracheal intubation was calculated according to the formula and the position of the catheter was determined by auscultation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study included patients aged 1-14 years old, ASA grade I-II, and gender unlimited. All patients were scheduled to undergo elective tracheal intubation with general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Serious heart and respiratory diseases 2) Head and neck facial anatomical deformity, respiratory tract compression injury and deformity 3) Contraindications of tracheal intubation 4) Cervical spine injury 5) Coagulation dysfunction
