Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Colorectal cancer patients diagnosed as malignant tumor by pathology and scheduled to receive oxaliplatin intravenous chemotherapy; (2) aged 18-75 years old; (3) KPS score =60; (4) the expected survival time is more than 3 months; (5) understand and agree to receive the treatment, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) previous diseases that may have caused peripheral neuropathy (such as severe cervical spondylosis or postherpetic neuralgia);(2) inability to tolerate heat stimulation, skin disease or edema of limbs, or allergy to herbal ingredients;(3) severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency;(4) pregnant and lactating women;(5) patients receiving other neuroprotective drugs other than those used in the trial;(6) patients with cognitive impairment or mental illness.
