16 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 16-80 years; 2. Patients with a history of brain trauma and confirmed cerebral herniation by brain CT or MRI; 3. Intracranial hypertension; 4. Patients with a Glasgow coma score of GCS<9; 5. Emergency treatment under general anesthesia, cerebral hematoma removal, decompression craniotomy; 6. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-emergency, non-decompression craniotomy patients; 2. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Patients with secondary brain surgery; 4. Patients with complex systemic injury; 5. Patients with malignant tumors; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Patients who are allergic to the drugs in this study; 8. Patients who are participating in other studies at the same time; 9. Psychopaths and those who cannot cooperate.
