Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet one of the criteria for admission to the Neurological Intensive Care Unit; ? Age = 18 years old. ? First admission to the neurological intensive care unit; ? Receiving nutritional support in the neurological intensive care unit for =5d. ? NRS2002 score =3 within the first 24 hours of admission to the neurological intensive care unit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. ?Patients with end-stage malignant tumors. ?Patients with diabetic ketoacidosis. ?Other risk factors for hypophosphatemia, such as continuous hemodialysis, renal replacement therapy, hyperphosphatemia treatment, recent parathyroidectomy, subcooling therapy. ?Patients with incomplete information.
