Interventions

Observation Group:trained on the whole body vibration platform for 15 minutes and then received the routine rehabilitation training for 40 minutes.
control group:trained on the whole body vibration platform without actually starting for 15 minutes and the routine rehabilitation training for 40 minutes.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) according to the diagnostic criteria of the 4th National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference in 1995; (2) unilateral and first onset; (3) course of disease =6 months; (4) stable condition, clear consciousness and can cooperate with training; (5) Bunnstrom staging =4 stages of lower extremity; (6) walking =15 meters under supervision or independently; (7)Muscle tension of the triceps surae on the hemiplegic side is = grade 1 (8) signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The patient has bilateral attacks and/or multiple attacks; ? Cognitive impairment due to unclear consciousness or inability to cooperate with training; ? There are serious lesions in the lower limb joints and it is difficult to tolerate whole-body vibration; ? Severe organic diseases such as liver and kidney insufficiency, malignant tumors, etc.; ?Ataxia or any other cerebellar stroke symptoms; ?Participate in other research projects.
