Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of type 1 diabetes was made after our department improved relevant laboratory tests, including the following clinical characteristics: onset of ketoacidosis; Insulin dependent therapy; GAD, IAA, ICA positive; C-peptide levels indicate absolute deficiency (fasting, postprandial, mixed meal) 2. Age = 14 years old 3. Long term residence in Beijing or able to receive regular follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as monogenic diabetes by genetic testing 2. Merging mental illness or intellectual disability, unable to achieve good communication
