Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age =18 years old, the first coronary angiography indicated that the patient was a multi-vessel coronary artery disease; The cardiac function grade was ? or ?. Clear awareness, basic reading and writing skills; Physically fit for exercise; Smart phone users; Informed consent, voluntary participation in this researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unstable condition, unable to cooperate with investigators; Speech or hearing impaired; People with mental illness or cognitive impairment; Persons with limited mobility.
