Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Stable vital signs, BP:90-130/60-85mmHg, stable spine, suitable for exercise test; (2) Patients with spinal cord injury confirmed by CT or MRI who meet the international diagnostic criteria of the Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury as revised by the American Society of Spinal Cord Injury in 2019; (3) The injury plane of spinal cord injury was C5-L3, and the ASIA grade was A-D. (4) Course of disease =12 months (but the period of spinal shock has passed); (5) Age: 18-75 years old, male and female; (6) Good cognitive function, able to understand and actively participate in the training program, agree to and sign the informed consent of this clinical study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with tumors, tuberculosis, blood diseases, and dysfunction of the heart, liver, and other vital organs; (2) unstable fracture; (3) severe limb dystonia and joint contracture deformity; (4) Severe pain can not tolerate activities.
