Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range from 18 to 50 years old; (2) Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form; (3) Normal menstrual patterns and cycles; (4) Not taking oral contraceptives or antibiotics within 3 days; (5) Failure to undergo vaginal flushing, use of vaginal tamponade medication, or engage in sexual activity within 48 hours; (6) The vaginal secretions were directly examined for vaginal cleanliness levels I to II, with no hyphae, pseudohyphae, or budding spores. The proportion of clue cells was less than 20%, and there were no trichomonas in the field of vision; (7) All immediate relatives are of the same ethnic group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction, and other serious physical illnesses; (2) Women during menstruation or pregnancy; (3) Concomitant gynecological diseases such as uterine fibroids, endometriosis, and polycystic ovary syndrome; (4) Have a history of LEEP surgery, cervical conization, microwave, cryotherapy, and other cervical physical therapy, as well as a history of total hysterectomy surgery, etc; (5) Various types of female reproductive tract infections with clear diagnosis.
