18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age =18 and =90 years old; ?COVID-19 infection occurred at least 3 months ago, and there is still at least one post-COVID-19 symptom; ?Residual symptoms can not be explained by other diagnoses and additional drug intervention is not necessary according to MDT clinic; ?Sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Unable to cooperate with the study process due to cognitive, mental, motor and other dysfunction; ? unable to skillfully use wearable monitoring devices and smart phones; ? have diseases requiring further medical intervention that are judged by specialists; ?in pregnancy; ? having a cardiac pacemaker; ? with persistent atrial flutter or atrial fibrillation; ?participating in other clinical studies.
