Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 80 years old; 1-6 months after stroke (subacute stage); no heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; able to walk continuously for 10 meters without assistance; no significant increase in muscle tone (modified Ashworth scale 24 points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with new cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and intracranial hypertension; patients with serious diseases of heart, lung, liver and kidney, resting heart rate exceeding 120 beats/min or blood pressure exceeding 180/100 mmHg; Orthopedic or neurological disorders other than stroke, or non-healing leg ulcers; Inability to communicate and/or be difficult for investigators to understand; Blindness or severe visual impairment
