Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for degenerative joint disease: A. Western medicine diagnostic criteria (referring to the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis formulated by the American Society of Rheumatology in 2001): ? Age = 50 years old; ? Morning stiffness<30 minutes; ? Knee examination indicates bone hypertrophy; ? Bone sounds during joint activity; ? Bone tenderness; ? Radiological examination shows osteophyte formation; ? No significant synovial membrane temperature increase. Patients with 3 of the above 7 items are diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis. B. Diagnostic standards for traditional Chinese medicine (in accordance with the "Diagnostic Efficacy Standards for Traditional Chinese Medicine Diseases" issued by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the "Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicine Drugs" issued by the Ministry of Health) At the beginning, it is common to see dull pain in the knee joint. During activities, the joint cannot smoothly complete the flexion and extension movements, and the completion of the lateral movement is also not good. After rest or mild activities, the pain can be slightly reduced. When the temperature drops, it will recur and become difficult to recover over time; ? Local swelling of the knee joint is not difficult to detect. During movement, bone friction sounds or obvious bone friction sensation can be heard between the joints, and in severe cases, obvious joint deformities can be seen; ? The onset of the disease is slow, and it is more common in middle-aged and elderly people; ? Osteoporosis exists, and X-ray films can show narrowing of joint gaps, as well as bone hyperplasia in subchondral bones, and the formation of osteophytes can be seen; ? No abnormalities were found in the detection of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and anti "O", and no abnormal rheumatoid factors or mucins were detected. (2) Patients who voluntarily participated in this randomized controlled trial and signed informed consent forms
