Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Those who meet the above diagnostic criteria for KOA and plan to perform the seventh type of Lin Dingkun Fitness eight Dan Gong: holding Pipa half squat and kick exercise; ? Age 50-70 years old; ? Willing to sign the informed consent and complete the examination as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? There is a history of trauma or surgical operations in the area; ? Knee joint tuberculosis, tumor, rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis; ? Allergic to coupler; (4) Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, digestive system and hematopoietic system and mental patients. ? Refuse to sign the informed consent.
