18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients (aged >=18 years); 2. Meet sepsis 3 criteria: presence of infection, combined SOFA score >= 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sepsis occurred in the past 1 month; 2. Long-term use of lipid-lowering drugs; 3. Hyperlipidemia; 4. Patients who have received antibiotic therapy within 72 hours before admission; 5. Pregnancy; 6. Organ transplantation; 7. Liver cirrhosis; 8. Patients with blood diseases; 9. Chronic organ dysfunction; 10. Administration of tumor or immunosuppressive agents; 11. Patients with terminal disease; 12. Eliminate patients who were sedated with propofol during the course of the disease; 13. Eliminate patients who received parenteral nutrition during the course of the disease.
