Parkinson's disease

Interventions

Taichiquan group of Parkinson:The subjects received 24-style tai Chi training for 2 weeks
After that, 12 weeks of Tai Chi intervention was carried out.
Control group of parkinson:The subjects maintained their existing lifestyle and exercise habits for 2 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Parkinson Group Inclusion criteria: Meeting the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease in China (2016 edition). ? The age of 60~80years old, ignore hearing, attention disorders, can learn the movements of Tai Chi; ?Hoehn-Yahr stage 1-4, able to walk indoors independently or under protection > 20m, there is obvious standing instability when turning around, can live independently; ? Standing time with one foot closed 2 times, or with panic gait or frozen gait; (4) MOCA score > 26 points; ? Agree to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form. 2.Healthy control Group (1) Inclusion criteria ? Aged 60-80 years old, never practiced Tai Chi; ? no serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, brain diseases, cancer or chronic diseases; ? No cognitive dysfunction or mental illness; ?No fracture, trauma, surgery and other reasons can not stand, walk without assistance;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Parkinson group ? Secondary Parkinson's syndrome or Parkinson's combined syndrome; ? Suffering from serious heart, lung, liver, kidney disease or cancer; ? Complicated with cognitive dysfunction or mental illness; ?Unable to stand and walk without assistance due to fracture, trauma, surgery and other reasons; ? Practicing Tai Chi or other traditional sports 2.Health group 1) Poor compliance, 4 times absence in this program; ? Patients with sudden illness who should not continue to accept the test; ? Those who take the initiative to quit.
