Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 35-60 years; (2) TAO patients with MD of at least one eye visual field examination =-5dB (3) inclusion of both eyes if both eyes meet the conditions; (4) optimally corrected visual acuity >4.8; (5) QCSF abnormalities in at least one eye; (6) Be in good physical condition and be able to meet the requirements of follow-up; (7) After fully understanding the safety of the research project, be willing to actively cooperate with the research and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient has eye diseases that may affect visual function, such as corneal ulcers, cataracts, retinal vascular diseases, retinal detachment and other optic nerve diseases; (2) Patients with acute stage of TAO and patients with eyelid insufficiency; (3) History of brain tumor, brain trauma or cerebrovascular disease; (4) Have a history or family history of neurological or psychiatric diseases; (5) There are poorly controlled diabetes mellitus or serious heart, liver, kidney dysfunction and other major systemic diseases; (6) MRI examination excludes orbital apical crowding; (7) Women who are pregnant, lactating or have a plan to get pregnant in the past six months.
