20 Years to 99 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 20 years old; 2. Permanent resident of the area where the research center is located; 3. No cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and normal daily communication without severe disability; 4. Voluntarily participate in the project and sign the informed consent form; 5. Complete baseline assesment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Transient population or temporary residents; 2. With one of following condition: congenital heart disease, valvular heart disease, moyamoya disease, malignant tumor, pregnancy, coagulation disorder, heart failure; 3. Malignant tumor or life expectancy less than 5 years; 4. With severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. With serious systemic diseases; 6. Participate in other intervention clinical studies.
