Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients: ? Age = 18 years; ?Receive a home-based palliative care for at least 1 week; ? no cognitive impairment; ? expected survival =3 months; ?know the condition;? Informed consent, voluntary participation in research; ? have fixed family care, and the caregiver age =18 years old, mental and behavioral normal, care time =3 months, care time =8 hours a day, skilled use of mobile phones to receive and send text and video. Inclusion criteria for family members (caregivers) : ? age =18 years old; ? non-medical professional background; ? long-term care for patients (care time =3 months and =8 h per day); ? skilled use of mobile phones to receive and send text and video.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients: ? patients with serious changes in disease, unable to cooperate with the completion of the study; ? patients or family members request to withdraw from the study. ?currently participating in or have participated in other research projects within the last 30 days. Exclusion criteria for family members (caregivers) : ? request to withdraw from the study; ? currently participating in or have participated in other research projects within the last 30 days.
