Group C:Dexmedetomidine and binding cuff without inflation

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to undergo laparoscopic Hepatectomy; 2. ASA grading I - III; 3. Child-Pugh score: ChildA level or ChilddB level; 4. Voluntarily sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age35Kg/m2; 3.Electrocardiogram suggests degree II and above or more than double bundle branch block; 4.Liver trauma patients or liver transplant donors; 5.Peripheral vascular diseases or local limb lesions affecting the implementation of remote ischemic preconditioning; 6.Suffering from mental illness that affects cognitive and judgment skills and compliance; 7.Pregnant and lactating women; 8.History of allergy to any investigational drug; 9. Currently participating in other clinical trial studies.
