Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =18 years old, gender unlimited. 2) Coronary heart disease diagnostic criteria: meet any of the following: - Coronary angiography revealed subepicardial coronary artery diameter stenosis >50% Coronary artery CTA examination revealed a subepicardial coronary artery diameter stenosis of >50% - Exercise load electrocardiogram test positive: The ST segment of 0.06-0.08s after more than 2 guiding points J of the electrocardiogram appears horizontal or downward sloping downward =0.1mV during exercise 3) The pre-discharge rehabilitation assessment is considered to be low risk of exercise, subject to meeting each of the following criteria: - No symptoms or ischemic changes in the electrocardiogram during exercise or during recovery - No rest or exercise causes arrhythmias - No complications occurred after thrombolysis or PCI/CABG - No psychological disorders, such as anxiety and depression - LVEF>50% - Functional Reserve >7METs - Troponin levels are normal 4) Sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Complete revascularization was not performed 2) Ischemic changes in the ECG occurred during the 6-minute walking test or cardiopulmonary exercise test 3) There is an arrhythmia that requires medical or surgical treatment 4) BNP>400pg/ml, or NT-proBNP>450pg/ml for patients under 50 years old, NT-proBNP>900pg/ml for patients 50-75 years old, NT-proBNP>1800pg/ml for patients over 75 years old, NT-proBNP>1200pg/ml in patients with renal insufficiency [eGFR<60ml/(min·1.73m2)] 5) Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy 6) Patients with severe valvular disease (moderate to severe stenosis or regurgitation) 7) Electrolyte disturbance 8) Cardiopulmonary exercise tests cannot be performed 9) Acute stage of infection 10) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction 11) Pregnancy or breastfeeding 12) The life expectancy of malignant tumors is not more than 2 years 13) Psychological disorders 14) Other conditions were not suitable for inclusion in the study
