Age
18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Between 18 and 65 years old; (2) Unilateral "posterior Pilon fracture" was diagnosed by ankle X tablet and CT; (3) Surgical treatment can be well-tolerated.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with open injury or neurovascular injury; (2) Combined with fractures of both lower limbs or other parts; (3) The surgical reduction of intercalary fragment was more than 3 weeks.
